Service 01

Employment Contract Preparation

Drafting of employment contracts aligned with the Employment Act and prevailing Ministry of Manpower guidelines. Each contract is tailored to the specific role, seniority level, and industry context, covering remuneration, probation terms, leave entitlements, restraint of trade provisions, and termination procedures.

The service includes a review of existing templates if applicable, and advisory on compliance with recent legislative amendments. Suitable for employers of all sizes, from startups onboarding their first hire to established firms refreshing their contract suite.

The service includes a policy gap analysis, drafting, and a walkthrough session for HR teams to support effective implementation.

Employment dispute advisory
Service 03

Employment Dispute Advisory

Advisory support for employers and employees navigating workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, salary disagreements, retrenchment benefits, and workplace harassment complaints. The service covers assessment of the factual and legal position, preparation of correspondence, representation at mediation sessions at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM), and advisory on proceedings before the Employment Claims Tribunal where applicable.
